• In the email, tell us what specific category your cat falls into.
• Attach appropriate documentation that your cat qualifies:
• For breeds - A snapshot of your cat's breed registration
• For traits – A photo of your cat showing the trait
• For disorders – A diagnosis from your veterinarian or a copy of a genetic test report
